ToIP collects mobile phone numbers solely to send and receive text messages generated by the ToIP device's onboard application, as part of a non-commercial project connecting a custom hardware device to individual recipients.
Phone numbers and message content are used exclusively to operate the ToIP messaging application between the device operator and recipients who have consented to participate. No mobile opt-in data or phone number information collected through ToIP is shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to any third party, affiliate, or marketing service for any purpose.
Message data is retained only as long as necessary to operate the ToIP application and is not used for any purpose beyond that.
Recipients may opt out of receiving messages from ToIP at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
